With the app open on your iPhone, tap “My Netflix” and the downward-facing arrow; if it is on the web, hover over your photo and choose “Manage profiles”.

Choose “Add profile”, check “Profile for children” and give it a name. Then, go to “Save”. The new profile will then appear in your account’s list of profiles.
