Festive Lights and Holiday Cheer Begin December 7th
The countdown to Christmas begins with the anticipation of the Pino Irpino solidarity caravan’s arrival on December 7th at Piazza G. Marconi.
As the sun sets on December 8th, gather at Piazza G. Marconi for the Festive Lights – Switching on of the Illuminations. The moment the lights twinkle to life, excitement for the forthcoming festivities will ignite throughout.
Santa Claus Arrives and Christmas Markets Come to Life
Children will delight on December 20th when Santa Claus makes a special visit to schools, spreading Christmas cheer and delivering gifts to students.
From December 13th to 15th, the aroma of tempting treats will fill the air as the Santa Lucia markets take over Piazza G. Marconi, offering a variety of goods and crafts, perfect for finding unique Christmas gifts.
A Symphony of Christmas Sounds
On December 21st, the Sanctuary of S. Antonio will be filled with the harmonious melodies of the S. Maria Assunta Choir as they present their Concert “Christmas Symphony.”
Christmas Traditions and Community Celebrations
Join the community in welcoming the Light of Peace of Bethlehem on December 22nd. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 am at the Sanctuary of S.Antonio, organized by the Scout Group “Sweet Architecture.” Later, at 4 pm, the Youth Forum will host a workshop at the Youth Forum venue in Piazza G. Marconi.
Experience the magic of Christmas traditions with the Living Nativity Scene on December 26th and 27th. The historic center will transform into a breathtaking tableau, reminding us of the true spirit of the season.
Embrace the Festivities Beyond Christmas Day
The celebrations continue even after Christmas! On December 28th, the Youth Forum invites you to their Cineforum “Christmas on the Big Screen” at the Youth Forum venue in Piazza G. Marconi at 6 pm.
Don’t miss the theatrical performance “Fuori Nevica” on December 29th at the Sports Hall. Starting at 6 pm, the Compagnia del Tiglio promises a captivating show.
The Youth Forum keeps the festive spirit alive with a Games Evening “Challenges under the mistletoe” in the Youth Forum venue in Piazza G. Marconi, starting at 6 pm.
The Grand Finale: A Visit from the Befana
