PeaceHealth Expands Pulmonary and Sleep Care in Eugene/Springfield
PeaceHealth Medical Group is expanding access to vital lung, respiratory, and sleep care services in Eugene/Springfield with the addition of a renowned team of providers and staff. Effective December 2, 2024, Oregon Lung Specialists will become part of PeaceHealth Medical Group and will be known as PeaceHealth Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at Chad Drive.
The clinic will continue to operate at its current location, conveniently situated at 3125 Chad Drive, Suite 100, in Eugene. Patients can reach the clinic at its new phone number, 541-743-4700.
Continuity of Exceptional Care
The highly esteemed team of six providers from Oregon Lung Specialists will join PeaceHealth Medical Group, ensuring continuity of care for existing patients. Leading this exceptional team are Khuram Ameen, MD, James Christon, MD, Dennis Hopkinson, MD, Karthik Mahadevan, MD, Binaya Rimal, MD, and Matthew Walter, MD. Dr. Hira Irfan, MD, will join the clinic in January 2025, further strengthening their expertise.
In addition to the physicians, the clinic welcomes other experienced clinical staff, including Physician Assistant Jason Olson (PAC) and Respiratory Therapists Melissa Stephens, Kenneth Carter, and Samantha Wagner. Their collective experience and dedication ensure patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care.
