Lawrence, who animated audiences with her infectious energy and sharp rhymes, died peacefully in London after being diagnosed with secondary cancer earlier this year. Her passing has left a vast void in the UK music scene.
"We were born in Hammersmith, west London, brought up in South Ealing, and then our teenage years were in Acton," Samantha explained in a 2023 documentary. "It was us just wanting to avoid, kind of, life, and I think just through hip-hop, to kind of express ourselves."
