Supporting Patient Needs Every Step of the Way
We believe in patient-centered care, and our registered nurses are key to delivering on this commitment. Your responsibilities will include managing patient flow to ensure efficient care and adequate time for both patient needs and family education. You will expertly communicate with patients, addressing their concerns and responding to their questions with empathy and clarity. By anticipating both patient and practitioner needs, you’ll create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
Clinical Expertise and Continued Learning
Our RNs contribute significantly to the comprehensive services we provide at our Good Samaritan Hospital and its associated clinic. These servicesquini include administering medications via various routes; starting and maintaining intravenous lines; prepping instruments and sterlizing equipment; and assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will actively participate in continuing education and meetings, committee discussions, and professional development activities.
