**Host:** Your career spans theater, film, and television, and you’ve played a wide variety of roles. Can you tell us a bit about your artistic journey and what drew you to acting?
**Sergio Assisi:** Absolutely. I come from a very artistic family. My mother is a poet and songwriter, and my father was a child actor. So creativity was always around me, always a part of life.
As a boy, I was captivated by stories. I loved crafting my own narratives and performing them. At 16, I took to the stage, and I knew I’d found my calling. Formal training at the Bellini Theater Academy honed my skills and led to my first big break, the lead role in Molière’s “George Dandin.”
**Host:** That’s incredible! And you’ve gone on to have a very successful career in film as well.
**Sergio Assisi:** Yes, my film debut was in 1998 with Lina Wertmüller’s “**Feria delle* idee**. Working with such a renowned director was an invaluable experience. [1]

has garnered a lot of attention. Tell us about playing Sabrina Ferilli’s ex-husband in the series.
**Sergio Assisi:** Playing opposite Sabrina was fantastic. The dynamic between our characters was complex and engaging.
