Join the Team: Analyst Position at CCC
CCC is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join its Securitization, Lending, and Investing (SLI) Group as an Analyst. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of communities while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution and Portfolio Management:
- Provide comprehensive support to CCC teams throughout the lifecycle of transactions, from structuring and closing to ongoing monitoring.
- Assist CCC’s affordable housing securitization team in the structuring and execution of complex securitization transactions, including due diligence, rating agency coordination, document preparation and review, and investor relations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models to assess the cash flows, profitability, and returns of potential new investments and existing portfolio holdings.
- Prepare insightful term sheets, deal summaries, marketing materials, and presentations targeting both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Internal Collaboration and Approvals:
- Coordinate Investment Committee approvals by gathering and analyzing relevant information, drafting materials, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders (Business, Risk, Asset Management, Transaction Management, Pricing, etc.).
- Manage internal approval processes for new product initiatives, partnering with control functions across Citi (Risk, Treasury, Accounting Policy, Financial Control, Tax, Legal, Compliance) to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Strategic Projects and Data Analysis:
- Work closely with the Technology development team on strategic projects designed to enhance CCC’s operational efficiency and data analytics capabilities.
- Proactively monitor CCC’s portfolio performance and origination activities, preparing insightful reports and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze profit and loss data from Product Control to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
