O Google appears to be managing to increase its cell phone market share in USA with the models Pixel. To give you an idea, a survey released at the beginning of November showed that the company’s cell phone line achieved massive 3x growth in just 1 month.
The issue is that the numbers were collected by the company StatCounter and even though there is an upward trend in the scenario of these devices, these numbers still do not seem to portray reality. Therefore, it became necessary to better observe the methodology for capturing this data and understand the situation in the long term.
As a result, the share of Google Pixel models in the smartphone market has been 12.2% since October 1st, taking into account an average after analyzing the data collected. For comparison purposes, the iPhone had a 52.9% market share, while Samsung had 23.8%.
