It is also better to replace meat with fish, but limit the intake of caviar.
According to him, we must not forget that proper nutrition does not exclude other risk factors for the development of cardiovascular diseases. It allows the reduction of “bad” cholesterol by 5-10 percent, so genetics, bad habits, age, and even gender must be taken into account, because they all contribute to the formation of atherosclerotic deposits.
