Now, according to sources and probably a little birdie sitting on a telephone wire, Hungary wasn’t even on the initial European tour plans! But like that one friend who shows up to the party uninvited yet still manages to steal the show, Alanis has added the Hungarian capital to her growing list of venues. We suspect she has a knack for doing things her way – and who can blame her? France and Italy will also be pulling out the welcome mat, ensuring that fans across Europe get a blast of “You Oughta Know.”

The Canadian-American singer will arrive in the Hungarian capital on July 21, 2025, where Budapest Park will host her performance. Although Hungary was not included in his previously announced European tour, new venues have recently been added to the concert circuit, so the performer will visit Hungary as well as France and Italy.
Alanis Morissette is giving a concert in Hungary again after 17 years, MTI reported. The last time he performed at the Sziget Festival was in 2008, and although he planned to perform in Budapest in 2020 and then again in 2021 at the Papp László Sportáréna, Covid finally intervened.

I believe in going where the energy leads me, and I can’t wait to experience that with everyone in Budapest!

**Alanis Morissette:** I don’t have any new albums ready just yet, but I’m definitely excited to celebrate the 30th anniversary of *Jagged Little Pill* next year!
