YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

  • Marketing of the Groupama Académie’s catalog of “match offers” and “event offers” to the B2B target
    (Assimilation of commercial offers, analysis of the market and economic environment, multi-channel commercial prospecting, making appointments, creating and sending costed proposals, commercial follow-up)
  • Management, monitoring and loyalty of your customer portfolio
    (Updating the club’s CRM tool, setting up, controlling and monitoring services linked to the club’s various services, preparing commercialized events, producing customer reports)
  • Participation in club events
    (Welcome and receive customers on match evenings, help with the organization of club events – matches, network events, Groupama Académie events –, presence during club events)
  • Activity reporting in conjunction with management
    (Participation in commercial meetings, sharing of experiences, establishment of an action plan for your commercial activity, reporting of activity and performance indicators, analysis and evaluation of actions carried out and results obtained, traceability of actions, accounts -activity reports)

YOUR PROFILE
