How to use gestures to make navigating X (ex-Twitter) easier

Recently, the social network X (previously known as Twitter) has a really cool new function.

Now, users of the iPhone app can use gestures to facilitate navigation through the timeline — swiping left or right on a post.

Check out, in the next paragraphs, how to use it! 😊

It is now possible to interact with posts in X using gestures

To activate gestures, tap your photo (in the top left corner) and scroll to Settings and support » Settings and privacy.

Then, select “Timeline”, “Interaction with posts” and activate the option “Enable swipe gestures for posts”. By doing this, you will be able to choose which action will be performed when you swipe left or right.

OX provides the following options:

  • Enjoy
  • Responder
  • Refuel
  • To share
  • Saved Items
  • I’m not interested
