Apart from internal investigations, starting from checking the quality of Pertamax at the BBM Terminal to petrol stations, Pertamina Patra Niaga also carried out checks at workshops in the Cibinong area. Apart from coordinating with workshops, Pertamina Patra Niaga also collaborates with LAPI ITB.
“Even though the cause is not yet known whether it was a Pertamax product or a vehicle spare part, we apologize for this incident. Product quality investigations have been ongoing since last Friday. We continue to coordinate with the repair shop and LAPI ITB. We have also sent product samples to Lemigas for “further lab tests,” explained Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Heppy Wulansari in a statement, Monday (25/11/2024).
