The documents reveal that Berlin is contemplating the strategic movement of 200,000 military vehicles across German territory should NATO’s assistance be required to support Ukraine’s operations, although many specifics of this plan remain classified.
In an effort to prepare civilians for potential worst-case scenarios, Germany has also advised its citizens on increasing self-sufficiency by implementing strategies such as installing diesel generators and wind turbines.
