We’re looking for a Product Manager to flex across our Map and Bitmoji teams at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with product leaders, design, engineering, and data scientists to define impactful features and enhancements for the product.

  • Maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives grounded in user feedback, market dynamics, and strategic business objectives.

  • Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring that all product decisions are tailored to elevate the overall user experience while driving higher engagement and improved retention.

  • Utilize robust data and analytics to guide product decisions, meticulously track performance metrics, and uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Execute throughout the intricate product development process by gathering and defining comprehensive requirements, writing precise specifications, designing wireframes and user workflows, conducting user studies, leading AB tests, and coordinating marketing strategies along with other launch efforts.

  • Stay informed of cutting-edge industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure that the Map and Bitmoji products remain at the forefront of an ever-evolving market.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to clearly prioritize and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced but collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Collaborate and build trust with engineers, data science specialists, and other cross-functional teams to enhance project success.

  • Excellent analytical skills, extensive experience with AB testing, and proficiency in defining measurable goals and success metrics.

  • Ability to think creatively and approach challenges with a comprehensive system-level perspective.

  • Skilled in interpersonal communication, relationship management, and project organization.

  • Ability to initiate diverse projects, execute against clearly defined objectives, and communicate the outcomes of your analyses effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of experience building and successfully shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company.
