**Christian Rozeboom:** My time at South Dakota State was pivotal. It taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of teamwork. Those four years not only sharpened my skills but instilled a mindset that I carry into the NFL. I learned how to read offenses and make quick decisions, which is crucial at this level.

**Christian Rozeboom:** I try not to get too caught up in the numbers. I focus on each game one at a time. My goal is to maintain consistency and stay healthy. I believe if I keep putting in the effort and sticking to my fundamentals, the numbers will take care of themselves.
**Editor:** Speaking of health, how do you manage the physical demands of the NFL, especially as a linebacker?
**Christian Rozeboom:** It’s definitely a challenge! Recovery is critical. I pay careful attention to nutrition, hydration, and rest. I also rely on our training staff for therapies and treatments. Staying in peak condition allows me to give my best every week.
**Editor:** what’s your message to your fans and fellow athletes from South Dakota?
