World Diabetes Day 2024: Healthy Living Events at Aston Madiun Hotel

MADIUN MEDIA – Diabetes is a chronic disease that is of global concern because of its significant impact on public health.

To commemorate World Diabetes Day 2024, Aston Madiun Hotel & Conference Center and favehotel Madiun are holding a series of activities aimed at increasing public awareness of the importance of preventing and managing diabetes.

This event includes free blood sugar checks in collaboration with Pramita Lab, a Sunset Yoga session with the theme “Evening Balance” supported by Ion Water Low Calorie as well as the provision of low calorie foods supported by Tropicana Slim, all of which are presented to promote a healthy lifestyle on 14 November 2024.

“As part of our social responsibility, this World Diabetes Day event is one of our ways to support efforts to increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. “We saw high enthusiasm from participants who came from various groups, from hotel guests, the yoga community, to local residents who participated in free health checks and enjoyed the healthy menu choices we provided,” said Reynaldy Setyo Nugroho, Marketing Communication for Aston and favehotel Madiun.

Apart from free health checks, participants also took part in the Sunset Yoga session held at Poolside Fl. 6.

This activity aims to provide a relaxing experience while encouraging people to move more actively as a way to prevent diabetes.

The event ended by enjoying low-calorie desserts specially prepared by H&E Restaurant, which gave guests the opportunity to try healthy and delicious dessert options.

Through this activity, management hopes to play an active role in providing education about the importance of a healthy lifestyle as a form of support from the hospitality industry for public health.

By holding an event like this, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact and become an inspiration for the community to care more about their own health, especially in preventing diabetes from an early age for the people of Madiun City and its surroundings. (master)

World Diabetes Day 2024: A Sweet Opportunity for Health at Aston Madiun and favehotel

MADIUN MEDIA – Diabetes, my friends, is that chronic global party crasher that nobody invited! It sneaks in with its blood sugar spikes and weighs heavy on our healthcare systems like a toddler on a sugar binge. But fear not, for in the spirit of awareness and perhaps a bit of cheek, Aston Madiun Hotel & Conference Center and favehotel Madiun are gearing up to throw a bash that’s all about prevention and fun on November 14, 2024.

What’s On the Agenda?

Picture this: free blood sugar checks, a Sunset Yoga session titled “Evening Balance” (because who doesn’t want to look graceful while pretending to be a pretzel?), and a spread of low-calorie culinary wonders. All this is brought to you in collaboration with Pramita Lab and Ion Water Low Calorie, proving that when it comes to health, teamwork makes the dream work! And let’s not forget the cherry on top… or should I say, the low-calorie dessert, thanks to Tropicana Slim’s partnership.

A Word from the Wise

“As part of our social responsibility, this World Diabetes Day event is our way of supporting the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle,” said Reynaldy Setyo Nugroho, the marketing guru for Aston and favehotel Madiun. High enthusiasm? Yes, please! We love it when communities come together like peanut butter and jelly… or like my waistline and snack time after midnight. It seems participants ranged from hotel guests to the yoga enthusiasts and even local residents—everyone joining in for health checks. Nothing like a spirited group of health-conscious folks to keep that sugar at bay!

Yoga and Blood Sugar Checks – The Perfect Match!

Now, let’s talk about the Sunset Yoga session happening at Poolside Fl. 6. I mean, who wouldn’t want to stretch their legs while contemplating the fragility of life and their impending dessert intake? The goal? Providing a relaxing atmosphere while reminding us all to move more and eat less… or at least eat wisely. Much like my attempts at a healthy lifestyle, it’s all about balance, right?

Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth, the Healthy Way!

To wrap up this enlightening day, guests are treated to low-calorie desserts specially prepared by H&E Restaurant. Because let’s be honest, what’s a good health event without a taste test of guilt-free pleasures? It’s like throwing a birthday party without cake—just plain wrong!

In Conclusion: A Step Towards Better Health

The management of Aston and favehotel Madiun hopes that this event will act as a vibrant reminder of the importance of health education, proving that even the hospitality industry can wear a superhero cape in public health. They dream of inspiring the good folks of Madiun City to take charge of their health while snickering in the face of diabetes. And let’s be honest, in a world full of sugary temptations, a little proactive effort can go a long way.

So mark your calendars for November 14 and get ready to shake off those calories with some downward dogs while enjoying the company of friends and low-cal snacks. Who knew being healthy could feel this good? Or at least as delightful as a cheeky laugh at a joke about calorie counting?

This format delivers a lighthearted and engaging perspective on the event while incorporating humor in a style reminiscent of the comedians mentioned. Enjoy!
