**Jean-Pierre Moulanga:** Thank you for having me. The primary goal of this initiative is to provide job opportunities for local individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to enter the taxi driving industry. We believe this project will not only enhance their livelihoods but also contribute positively to our community’s economy.
**Interviewer:** That sounds promising! Can you share a bit about the selection process for the beneficiaries?
**Jean-Pierre Moulanga:** Absolutely. We conducted a rigorous selection process divided into two phases to ensure fairness and transparency. This included motivational interviews and driving tests, which helped us assess not only the driving skills of applicants but also their commitment to the job.
**Interviewer:** It’s great to hear that you prioritized transparency. So, how did the beneficiaries respond to being selected?

**Interviewer:** That’s valuable information. What’s next for the beneficiaries now that they’ve been selected?
**Jean-Pierre Moulanga:** The next step involves providing them with the necessary training and resources to get them on the road confidently. We aim to see them driving their taxis and earning a sustainable income in the coming months.
