Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir officially reshuffled the management structure of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Friday (15/11).
The EGMS which took place in the Garuda Management Building Auditorium was attended by holders of 68,582,827,291 shares or 74.97 percent of the total shareholders of Garuda Indonesia.
Meanwhile, at the EGMS, Wamildan Tsani Panjaitan was officially appointed as the new main director of Garuda Indonesia, replacing Irfaniaputra, who had served since January 2020. Therefore, Irfaniaputra has been honorably dismissed as main director.

“I will carry out this mandate by carrying out a comprehensive financial and operational review, accelerating the company’s performance, as well as expanding the network and improving service quality. All of this will strengthen Garuda Indonesia’s reputation as a national flag carrier that is getting healthier and becoming Indonesia’s pride,” said Wamildan through official statements.
