AFTER successfully shaking up the Indonesian club scene with their first collaboration on the Indobounce genre song entitled Becak Never Dies, the DJ duo Lenn and Bullo have now joined forces with Jayjax from DNA to release their latest work entitled Hot Bitches. Hot Bitches combines elements of the indobounce and big room house genres which are ready to provide an interesting experience for listeners.
Hot Bitches carries the theme of romantic seduction of the opposite sex. In the lyrics used, Lenn, Bunno, and Jayjax use local phrases as part of their creativity and give a unique touch.
“We feel we have built a good relationship so far with listeners. The reaction to Becak Never Dies has been overwhelming. We received messages from friends saying the song was playing everywhere. In clubs, taxis, even canteens. There’s good momentum right now and it’s clear, the indobounce genre isn’t going away any time soon. “So this new collaboration is a kind of fun brain exercise to create a sequel,” said Lenn in a press release received by Media Indonesia, Monday, (11/11).
“We do like to incorporate local sayings and memes to fully immerse ourselves and the audience into the ‘current moment.’ “The Indobounce genre is all about having fun, and it would be a waste if it didn’t bring excitement and nuance to the story,” added Bullo.
Hot Bitches is scheduled for release on all digital streaming platforms on November 15, 2024. The single was released under the Halos Entertainment label. JayJax also believes that the release of Hot Bitches will make people experience something new in the Indobounce genre.
“Most of the songs circulating today are edits, and everyone is playing the same song. Maybe only Whisnu Santika and several other artists are really trying to bring something new to this genre. With the same spirit, we also want to participate and improve our performance. “We want people to experience a new way to enjoy Indobounce,” he said. (Z-9)
