Former captain Shahid Afridi expressed great desire

Former national cricket team captain Shahid Afridi expressed his desire to coach young cricketers.

Shahid Afridi said that I cannot coach the national cricket team, now I am fully fit and want to perform well in the cricket leagues.

However, Bom Bom Afridi said that he wants to coach U-19 and U-18 cricketers, because this is the age for young cricketers to learn, I will tell them how I coped with difficult situations and not only them. There will be an opportunity to learn, but in this way they can also be motivated.

Shahid Afridi, who was recently included in the Qalandars team in the T-Ten League, said that he will try to perform well while representing the Qalandars team.

Referring to the T-Ten League, Shahid Afridi added that in such a format every ball counts, you have to think fast and act fast.

On a question asked about Misbah-ul-Haq, the chief selector and head coach of the national cricket team, he said that now there is a heavy responsibility on Misbah’s shoulders to show by doing something, Misbah-ul-Haq is less important to bring Pakistan cricket in the right direction. At least 3 years should be given.

Regarding the performance of the national team in the last World Cup, Shahid Afridi said that the team could not play as expected, but there is hope that there will be changes after the arrival of the new coach.

It should be noted that last week Lahore Qalandars have been introduced in the world’s shortest cricket league T10 and in the upcoming season Shahid Afridi is included in the team of Qalandars as the icon player of the team.

The T-Ten tournament is starting from November 14 at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, with the opening match to be played on November 15.
