Google Cloud has announced a national level startup competition in Pakistan in collaboration with Tech Valley Pakistan.
The objective of this competition is to find and empower the talented youth of Pakistan so that they too can take center stage in the field of innovation and technology in the region.
According to the report, Google Cloud’s Startup Competition Pakistan 2024 is designed to identify, showcase and promote innovative business ventures in Pakistan.
Startups from across the country are invited to participate and pitch their groundbreaking ideas, products or services before a panel of distinguished judges comprising industry experts, investors and experienced entrepreneurs.
In this regard, Farhan Qureshi, Country Director of Google Pakistan, says that there is talent and rich opportunities in the country. Through this program they aim to empower this generation of Pakistani youth entrepreneurs who are benefiting from cloud technologies.
Farhan Qureshi said that the competition will feature 5 tracks, including AI & Generative AI, Fintech, Frontier, Digital Technology, E-commerce & Connectivity, and Sustainability & Environment.
