A Honora company that develops ERP and PCP management systems aimed at the industrial sector, recently launched the Online Quotation Portal, with the aim of facilitating the purchasing quotation process. The new platform eliminates the need for manual exchanges of emails with attachments between companies and suppliers, centralizing information and promoting more agile communication.

According to the company, the functioning of the portal allows a purchase quote created in the Nomus ERP Industrial system to be sent directly to suppliers, who, when accessing the link, can view pending quotes and enter their commercial proposals, including prices, deadlines, conditions supply and payment. Companies, in turn, receive notifications of proposals and can evaluate them directly in the system, which speeds up the purchasing decision.

The tool organizes quotations into four tabs: pending quotations (with open quotations awaiting proposals), responded quotations (which already have proposals inserted), quotations awaiting decision (under analysis by the company) and closed quotations (finalized, with or without agreement ). With this organization, the intention is for companies to be able to optimize the purchasing process, prioritizing the most urgent quotes and simplifying communication with suppliers.

Nomus also reported that the portal includes additional features, such as automatic calculations of values according to the quantity requested, as well as detailed taxation and rates for analyzing each proposal.
