He GD. Rafael Asdrúbal Zerpa Zambrano He took over as the new Commander of ZODI No. 23 Trujillo, replacing the GD. César Augusto Febres Cabello. From the G/J José de la Cruz Carillo Barracks, located in the Trujillo Municipality, the transfer of command of the Trujillo Comprehensive Defense Operational Zone (ZODI) was carried out.
