“Because the times are critical: I am calling on all of our elected delegates to be off the convention floor. The Republic will peacefully say #Iam_here”, says Stefanos Kasselakis in his post on social media about the SYRIZA conference that starts today and will end on Sunday.
“I appeal to all of you who come from all corners of Greece and traveled miles.
I am appealing to all of you who were elected delegates but did not send you an sms or email and they will cut you off at the entrance with this is what I want: Be cool. Sober. Please do not respond to challenges. They are sure to challenge you. They seek episodes to wash away their shame and diffuse the responsibilities,” he points out.
“Democracy does not fight for its right. Democracy defends its right peacefully. With faith, with stubbornness, with struggle. But always peacefully,” he says.
