They also manage logistics, real estate affairs, and local IT services connected with the general management while providing necessary HR support to regional departments based on specific service agreements.
Job Description
The appointed individual will manage the SRHAG service under the authority of the assistant to the general director. Working alongside an assistant, this manager will supervise approximately twenty employees distributed across four divisions that focus on various support functions of general management:
- Path Employment Career
- HR and payroll management
- General Affairs
- Computer science
The service operates with an annual budget of €2.5 million, reflecting its significant role within the organization.
The main responsibilities of the incumbent include:
- Service Functions: Supervise operations and define areas of work; manage the service budget; engage with local union representatives and coordinate staff representative bodies (CSA, CSE, CSSCT); prepare agendas and content for management committees; monitor workforce and payroll; collaborate regularly with the social service assistant; support the feasibility study for relocating the Villers-les-Nancy site, planned for 2028.
- Personnel Management: Implement the HR strategy at headquarters; oversee administrative management and payroll for approximately 450 employees across different legal frameworks; enforce the OHS policy; provide HR advice and support to various stakeholders.
- Recruitment and Career Paths: Oversee recruitment processes, validate skills development plans, support employee career advancement, and define integration policies for new hires along with managing HR communication.
- General Affairs: Monitor logistical and technical activities across main sites; manage real estate projects; supervise vehicle fleets, site maintenance, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
- Local Computing: Oversee local IT functions, investments, and ensure proper implementation of national information systems.
