Celebrity couple Sonny Septian and Fairuz A. Rafiq revealed their exercise routine together, especially after Sonny recovered from illness. Previously, Sonny experienced narrowing of the blood vessels in his brain and neck and was diagnosed with a mild stroke. So Sonny underwent treatment in hospital for 24 days.

“When it comes to sports, thank God, now we can do it again. Since my husband is healthy, now we can exercise together,” said Fairuz when met by Media Indonesia after the Annual Sisesa Fashion Show, which was held at The Ritz Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, South Jakarta , Wednesday (6/11).

Fairuz added that Sonny’s condition was getting better so he could race while exercising. Yes, their choice of exercise is walking.

“I can race, walk fast. At first I was following him (Sonny) slowly,” said Fairuz.

“That’s how happy I am, that’s how happy I am to see my husband’s health. His progress is extraordinary,” he continued.

On the same occasion, Sonny said that before he recovered from his illness, he still couldn’t walk and had to be carried. But, now, he can walk fast. However, Sonny is not allowed to lift heavy objects.

In a household, of course you need to support each other, including carrying out the role of husband or wife when one of them is sick. This was done by Sonny and Fairuz.

“Usually he (Sonny) is the one who lifts the chair for me. Now I’m the one lifting the chair for him. So it’s my turn, I lift the chair,” said Fairuz. (M-3)
