All those films have elements of science fiction. He also wrote Mr. and Mrs. Smith, recent X-Men films and the renowned Star Wars spin-off series Star Wars Rebels. Kindberg is also said to have contributed as a consultant to Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, the first and highest-rated film in the Skywalker sequel trilogy.
