A PipeRun, salestech which produces sales and service management systems for small and medium-sized Brazilian companies, will present a series of new products. The launch for the general public will take place during ABStartup’s CASE event, on November 28th and 29th, at the Ibirapuera Park Biennial, in São Paulo. Customers and partners will have access to the news through an exclusive webinar on November 21, 2024.
According to CRM PipeRun’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Fausto Reichert, the innovations were developed based on customer contributions and the dedication of the company’s development team. “With these new features, we want to guarantee better performance for sales professionals”, he states.
Among the new features, the new service via messaging app within the Sales CRM itself stands out, optimizing communication, avoiding duplication of leads and enabling the rapid migration of multiple manual telephone numbers to a single number and with the official Meta interface. “It’s another sales acquisition channel now within the CRM”, highlights Reichert.
The integrations of the new versions of ChatGPT 4.O and 4.O Mini, which provide a significant cost reduction, facilitating access to artificial intelligence for a greater number of companies, are also new features that will be available on the new platform. In addition, the CRM also now has more than 1,000 pre-configured email templates, allowing users to create campaigns quickly and creatively, with greater usability on mobile devices. Features include new operational target options, new commission formats in the Financial Forecast module and the Landing Pages module, which now allows the inclusion of multiple subdomains and customized fields.
According to Cezar Gehm, executive director of PipeRunthese updates are a reflection of the startup’s commitment to helping customers enhance their sales and relationships with consumers. “We are consolidating our position in the market with this new version. We look forward to further supporting customers in improving sales performance and after-salesas well as the increase in average ticketmanagement of follow-up of negotiations, increasing sales conversion”, says Gehm.
The new features of the PipeRun CRM platform, developed using Artificial Intelligence and the innovations for the PipeRun Funnel and Pipeline Sales CRMthey are:

- Goal systems with new options for tactical and operational management;

- Media campaigns (ADS) in Click to WhatsApp format with data convergence, without the need for integration systems or additional costs, expanding the concept of Multichannel CRM.
