The Senior Manager of Ophthalmology Market Access Training holds a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and coordinating various training solutions tailored specifically for market access, specialty pharmacy, patient support, reimbursement-focused strategies, and access programs. This expansive training support encompasses all dimensions of Ophthalmology commercialization, covering essential areas such as reimbursement, marketing, market access strategy, patient services, and sales efforts. The position directly reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Training – Market Access.
• Ensuring all training is provided in accordance with company policies and procedures and is conducted in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensuring all developed materials undergo appropriate approval through the rigorous Medical, Legal, and Regulatory processes.
• Conducting field visits alongside access specialists and reimbursement managers to remain informed of current market trends and to pinpoint potential training opportunities.
