Vangelis Perris is a champ for Marina Satti.
The reason was the words the singer said on stage at her concert in Turkey.
“You can’t forget all this,” said initially Vangelis Perris.
“What the lady says Satti they are excessive, out of place and time, or rather of a different place and time. She is right to say that she feels like home there. It was our home there. Our house was there. But the house was conquered, the enemies entered the city. The people came in who burned it and then inhabited it. You can’t forget all this”, Vangelis Perris said initially.
According to zappit, Vangelis Perris then said: “Don’t talk about culture, because you have talked before about the common Greek culture with the people who came from the depths of the East and took lands that did not belong to them. Don’t say anything, but what you say is dangerous.”
In closing, Vangelis Perris replied: “Imagine, you have lost your house, because someone entered by force and took it from you. And an artist comes out, your man, and says “our commons”. What homes do we share? Here is mine that was taken from me.”
