‘Dania should not be called Aamir Liaquat’s widow’, Bushra Iqbal issued a fatwa – Life & Style

Bushra Iqbal, the ex-wife of the late religious scholar Dr. Aamir Liaquat, has obtained a fatwa for calling Dania Shah the widow of Aamir Liaquat.

Bushra Iqbal shared a public notice on social media, in which she formally requested all media channels, legal advisors, social media platforms, and the public not to call Daniya Malik as widow of late Aamir Liaquat.

According to the public notice issued by Bushra Iqbal, Daniya was divorced from Aamir Liaquat at the time of his death and now she is married to Hakeem Shahzad.

The notice clarified that there is no record of Daniya’s marriage with late Aamir Liaquat in the NADRA system, based on lack of evidence and fatwa, Daniya cannot be declared as Aamir Liaquat’s widow, nor is she Aamir. There is no right in the inheritance of Liaqat.

Dania Shah hired a lawyer for Aamir Liaquat’s inheritance share who will ‘divorce even the widow’.

It is also worth mentioning that Tik Toker Daniya was the third wife of late Aamir Liaquat. Aamir Liaquat died on 9 June 2022, and Dania has since claimed a share in his estate. Daniya’s request escalated the controversy further.

Bushra Iqbal further accused Daniya Malik that she did not marry Aamir Liaquat, but made a deal for financial gain. Bushra Iqbal and her daughter also filed a case against Dania, in which they blamed Dania for Aamir Liaquat’s death.

Daniya Shah’s husband Hakeem Shehzad, who wants to marry the fifth time, proposed to the actress, the video went viral

Additionally, in 2022 Daniya was arrested for leaking indecent videos of Aamir Liaquat. Several months later, the court granted bail and issued an order for his release, further complicating his case.
