Nikos Dendias met today with the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade.
“At the meeting, which was held in a cordial atmosphere, we discussed the strong ties of friendship between Greece – Serbia and for the strengthening of our defense cooperation” says the Minister of Defense in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

Dendia also met with the Serbian Defense Minister
Mr. Dendias he also met with the Minister of Defense of Serbia, Bratislav Gacic.
“During our talks we discussed the further strengthening of the Greek-Serbian strategic defense cooperation in the fields of, among others, the training of the officers of our Armed Forces, joint exercises, the interconnection of innovation systems and scientific cooperation between the health services” Mr. Dendias points out with a post on X. “During the meeting we also exchanged views on regional and international security issues and I invited my counterpart to visit Athens in a short period of time” adds, according to iefimerida, Mr. Dendias.
