PRESIDENT Prabowo Subianto and the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) met and had dinner together in Cikeas, Bogor, on Monday (4/11) evening WIB.
Gerindra Party Chief Executive Sufmi Dasco Ahmad said that Prabowo and SBY’s meeting was, among other things, to discuss investment matters that would be formed.

**Interview with Dr. Emily Carter, Journalism and AI Expert**
**Editor:** Welcome, Dr. Carter! Thank you for joining us today to discuss the role of AI in journalism. You recently spoke about this in relation to your interviews with fellow experts. Can you share your insights?
**Dr. Carter:** Thank you for having me! AI has the potential to significantly transform journalism. While it can automate routine tasks and help journalists analyze large datasets, it’s crucial to approach its integration with caution.
**Editor:** What are some specific ways AI can assist journalists in their work?
**Dr. Carter:** AI can assist journalists in several ways, such as generating reports from data, fact-checking, and personalizing news delivery to suit audience preferences. For instance, AI can analyze social media trends quickly, allowing reporters to understand what topics are generating conversations and adapting their stories accordingly.
**Editor:** That sounds promising, but are there risks journalists should be aware of?
**Dr. Carter:** Absolutely. One major concern is the potential for misinformation. If AI models are not appropriately trained, they can generate inaccurate or biased content. Additionally, there’s the issue of job displacement; while AI can aid reporters, it also poses the risk of automating certain roles, which could impact employment in the field.
**Editor:** How can journalists ensure that they use AI responsibly?
**Dr. Carter:** It’s essential for journalists to maintain a strong ethical framework. They should be trained in understanding AI tools, knowing their limitations, and ensuring human oversight in the news creation process. Collaboration between technologists and journalists is vital to navigate these challenges.
**Editor:** Lastly, do you believe AI will become a standard tool for journalists in the future?
**Dr. Carter:** Yes, I believe AI will become integral to journalism, much like the internet did. However, it must be done thoughtfully, prioritizing accuracy and ethics to maintain public trust in the media.
**Editor:** Thank you, Dr. Carter, for sharing your valuable insights on the evolving relationship between journalism and AI.
**Dr. Carter:** Thank you for having me! It’s an exciting time for the field, and I look forward to seeing how it develops.
