Monique Westenberg’s Instagram Post Sparks Tensions with Mother-in-Law Rachel Hazes

Monique Westenberg’s Instagram Post Sparks Tensions with Mother-in-Law Rachel Hazes

It seems as if Monique Westenberg is taking a swipe at mother-in-law Rachel Hazes. On Instagram she shows that son Dré is wearing André Hazes merchandise, something Rachel is currently doing has started a real lawsuit about it… (see video).

André’s club tour is in full swing. Last Friday, Monique and son Dré were of course also present. “Just quickly put on daddy’s T-shirt before the show starts,” Monique wrote on Friday with a photo of little Dré with the T-shirt. A “clear statement” according to Shownieuws presenter Tooske. Juicechannel also claims that Monique shared this on Instagram to slam Rachel. “Because that merchandise is one of the reasons why Rachel wants André to change his name,” the channel writes on Instagram.

Last month it came to light that Rachel sent André a demand, demanding that he no longer use the name André Hazes (see video below). André announced to RTL Boulevard that he will fight his mother with determination. “We are in a whole process with lawyers, so everything I say is actually wrong. But I am André Hazes, with joys and sorrows. I have been through a lot while I bear that name. And I simply will not let that be taken away from me any more. .”

Lawyer and Shownieuws table about Rachel Hazes’ summons to André

Clash

Due to this new lawsuit, Rachel has been in the news again in recent weeks. The widow of André Hazes Sr. recently announced that she will no longer speak to the media about this. Guido den Aantrekker and Ronald Molendijk had a heated discussion about this during the live broadcast of Shownieuws (see video below).

Guido became very frustrated by this, especially when Ronald brought out a bottle of champagne to “celebrate” this news: “I know more about it, Ronald. You don’t know anything! You don’t know anything! You pull out a bottle of champagne, but I’ve seen evidence of this case, for example, where you were very adamant and said she was lying! That is not the case.” The gentlemen have since made up, unlike Rachel and her children.

Fierce discussion Shownieuws table about Hazes riot Rachel and son

Welcome to the Hazes Family Drama: A Comedy of Errors!

We’ve got a family affair that’s hotter than a cup of tea at a British wedding! Monique Westenberg is throwing some serious shade towards her mother-in-law, Rachel Hazes, on Instagram. And let’s be honest, the only thing more entertaining than watching family drama unfold in real-time is watching it dressed in André Hazes merchandise!

Instagram Shenanigans

So picture this: there’s Monique, with her son Dré, sporting a T-shirt emblazoned with daddy’s name, and sharing it on Instagram like it’s the hottest new trend! “Just quickly put on daddy’s T-shirt before the show starts,” she captions the picture, making it sound innocent enough. But oh-ho-ho, the gossip channels are all aflutter! Tooske from Shownieuws claims this is a “clear statement.” Well, it’s either that or Dré has developed a sudden obsession with 80s dad fashion!

And if you thought that was juicy, wait till you hear about Rachel’s legal demands that have made this family feud sparkle brighter than a diamond in the rough! Apparently, she’s got a few bones to pick with André over that very name he happens to bear—André Hazes. I mean, if a name could feel the heat, this one would be scalding! Rachel’s demanding he stops using it, and not unlike a classic family squabble, André announced he will “fight his mother with determination.” Sounds like a family therapy session is in order, with a side of popcorn!

Must See TV: The Showdown

Meanwhile, back at Shownieuws, tensions ran higher than a teenager’s Spotify playlist! Guido den Aantrekker and Ronald Molendijk clashed over Rachel’s recent antics. It seems Ronald thought popping a bottle of champagne was appropriate to celebrate her vow of silence. I mean, who knew mutism could be a reason to toast? Guido, on the other hand, was like a lion who’s just had his mane geeked: “You don’t know anything!” Classic television gold! It’s almost as if they were two children arguing over who gets to sit in the front seat of mum’s car!

Rachel declining to talk to the media about her grievances feels a bit like a magician revealing all his tricks; where’s the mystery gone? And I think we can all agree that the real magic lies in watching how this lawsuit pans out. For now, we’ve got feuding family members, T-shirts, and enough drama to fill a season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

So cheers to the Hazes family for keeping us entertained! With family like this, who needs reality TV? I’d say let’s grab that champagne and watch the fireworks. Just make sure to bring a front-row seat and some uncomfortable tension for good measure!

Final Thoughts

As the saga continues to unfold, one can only guess what’s next in store for the Hazes family. Whatever it is, you can bet it will involve a delightful mix of drama, merchandise, and maybe just a touch of litigation. Stay tuned, folks—this is one family tale that’s far from over!

Monique Westenberg appears to be taking a jab at her mother-in-law Rachel Hazes on social media. In her latest Instagram post, she showcases her son Dré proudly wearing merchandise associated with André Hazes, a move that coincides with Rachel’s current legal actions over the brand. Rachel has initiated a formal lawsuit to challenge this, highlighting an ongoing family feud that has captivated the public’s attention. … (see video).

As André’s club tour captivates audiences, Monique and Dré were seen in attendance last Friday. In her post, Monique shared a delightful snapshot of Dré donning a T-shirt emblazoned with his father’s name just moments before the show commenced. “Just quickly put on daddy’s T-shirt before the show starts,” she captioned the image. This gesture has prompted Shownieuws presenter Tooske to label it as a “clear statement” directed at Rachel. Juicechannel further claims that Monique intended this Instagram post as a critique of Rachel, stating, “Because that merchandise is one of the reasons why Rachel wants André to change his name,” they wrote on their platform.

Last month, Rachel’s demand for André to cease using the name André Hazes came to light, sparking considerable controversy (see video below). In a candid announcement to RTL Boulevard, André expressed his resolve to stand his ground against his mother. “We are in a whole process with lawyers, so everything I say is actually wrong. But I am André Hazes, with joys and sorrows. I have been through a lot while I bear that name. And I simply will not let that be taken away from me any more.”

Due to this latest legal battle, Rachel has once again become a focal point in the press. The widow of the late André Hazes Sr. recently declared her intention to withdraw from media appearances regarding this matter. During a lively segment on Shownieuws, Guido den Aantrekker and Ronald Molendijk engaged in a heated debate concerning Rachel’s summons to André (see video below). Guido expressed his exasperation when Ronald brought out a bottle of champagne to “celebrate” the troubling news: “I know more about it, Ronald. You don’t know anything! You don’t know anything! You pull out a bottle of champagne, but I’ve seen evidence of this case, for example, where you were very adamant and said she was lying! That is not the case.” While the two gentlemen managed to reconcile their differences, Rachel’s relationship with her children remains fraught.
