X-Factor Exodus: A Pre-show Shocker!
Ah, the drama of X-Factor never fails to entertain! And we don’t even need to wait for the live broadcast to see some serious action. RTL just decided to give the boot to Peterpost x Leo, a duo who managed to reach the live stages before being swiftly shown the door. Talk about a warm welcome!
In a statement that had all the flair of a scripted reality show, RTL announced, “The rap duo Peterpost x Leo is leaving the X-Factor with immediate effect.” Sounds like they were expecting roses and confetti but ended up with a one-way ticket out!
Now, let’s spare a thought for mentors and producers behind the scenes. Milán Valkusz, the man pulling the strings, had high hopes for Peterpost x Leo. They promised to bring a breath of fresh air to the Hungarian rap scene, to reform it even! But alas, they had dreams as grand as their egos. Spoiler alert: It didn’t end well.
“Today, the production made the decision to exclude the Peterpost x Leo team from the competition due to repeated violations of X-Factor rules,” the announcement read. How very bureaucratic of them!
But what was the “final straw”? Well, it appears our duo hit their low point during a little soirée called the **Star Box** event – a final gathering of finalists where behavior clearly wasn’t “up to X-Factor standards.” They were told to leave, but instead of taking a lovely exit stage left, they allegedly had a physical spat. Bravo! Nothing says ‘I belong in the music industry’ quite like a good bout of fisticuffs.
According to Marcell Verebély, the senior creative producer, “They were repeatedly at odds with the etiquette expected by the X-Factor.” And they say reality TV lacks substance!
Oh, the irony! Here’s a duo that wanted to redefine an industry, yet their own behavior knocked them right off their pedestal. This isn’t just any firing – it’s a spectacular tumble from grace reminiscent of a tragic Shakespearean play but with more bling!
It gets better! Their mentor, Milán, claimed to have seen the storm brewing. “Anyone who does this is suffering from a huge lack of humility and respect.” Note to self: when your mentor starts speaking in riddles, it’s time to check your ego at the door. But with their exit confirmed, Milán won’t be starting Saturday’s live show without a contestant in place. Can we get a round of applause for the hunt for a last-minute replacement?
Lessons Learned?
If there’s anything to draw from this amusing misadventure, it’s that reality TV is all fun and games until someone forgets to play nice. There’s an undeniable thrill in watching hopefuls chase their dreams, but let’s keep it civilized, shall we? All I can say is: Peterpost x Leo, your grand entrance just became an even grander exit. Maybe take some time off, perhaps write a ballad about the perils of fame?
Stay tuned, because who knows? The next episode just might feature a surprise entry. For now, let’s keep the popcorn coming and the curtains rolled back on another chapter in the illustrious saga of X-Factor.

The live broadcasts of the latest season of the X-Factor haven’t even started yet, RTL has already fired one of the contestants who made it to the live show, reported RTL.
The channel issued a short statement about all this. “The rap duo Peterpost x Leo is leaving the X-Faktor with immediate effect, so the viewers will no longer be able to see them in the live show on Saturday,” RTL announced.
The mentor of RTL’s talent show, Milán Valkusz, decided in last Saturday’s broadcast to bring Krisztián Fehér, HENN and Peterpost x Leo to the live show. Peterpost x Leo told the X-Faktor selection that they wanted to reform the Hungarian rap industry, and they were absolutely sure that they would break into the music industry one way or another. However, their dreams will certainly not be realized through the X-Factor.
Today, the production made the decision to exclude the Peterpost x Leo team from the competition, because they broke the rules of the X-Factor on several occasions and did not observe the expected standards of behavior towards each other and others
they announced.
The channel promised to provide information about what happened later. A similar step was last taken in 2016, in the sixth season of the X-Factor. At that time, Peti Puskás originally selected the since-deceased Kristóf Petics from the mentor house, but the competitor was disqualified due to his scandalous behavior. This was the first time in the history of the Hungarian X-Factor that a performer was excluded from the competition. Kristóf Petics was eventually replaced by Ricsi Mata, who marched all the way to the super final, finishing the competition in second place.
Update:
Marcell Verebély, the senior creative producer of X–Faktor, told Fókus what exactly happened, because of which RTL finally excluded the duo from the competition.
They were repeatedly insulted by their behavior X-Factor code of conduct, it was not possible to work with them in the past. The dot on the i, however, was the fact that yesterday a Star box in the final, where we hosted the 12 X-Factor finalist, they also behaved in such a way that in the end they had to be asked to leave the hall. And after that, the mood between them deteriorated to the point of physical activity, so that’s why we decided to exclude them from the competition
Marcell Verebély put it.
The rap duo Peterpost x Leo learned from the show’s producers at noon on Monday that they were eliminated from the competition. The couple had to move out of the X-Factor apartment with immediate effect.
The boys’ mentor, Milán Valkusz, who was also there, also spoke Star box in the incident that happened in the final. According to him, he has already seen signs that “something like this is developing”.
I told them several times to take it back from the attitude. Anyone who does this means that they suffer from a huge lack of humility and lack of respect towards everyone, towards the show, and maybe even towards themselves. And we must hold such an act accountable
he declared.
At the same time, Milán Valkusz does not want to start Saturday’s live show with two contestants, so one contestant will join his team until Saturday. So far, he has not revealed who the lucky applicant is.

Or finalists, they were involved in a confrontation that escalated physically, which utterly violated the ethics expected of contestants.” Seems like they picked the worst way to go out with a bang!
This unfortunate episode has sparked discussion among fans and viewers of the show. While the dynamics of reality TV can be fraught with tension and emotions, it’s essential for contestants to remember that professionalism goes hand in hand with their aspirations. The industry may be competitive, but those who carry themselves with respect often fare the best, whether in the limelight or behind the scenes.
For Peterpost x Leo, this chapter may be closed, but it remains to be seen how they will respond to this setback and what their next steps will entail. Will they take this as a lesson learned or continue down the rocky path of defiance? Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure: the drama surrounding their exit has only added more fuel to the fire of this season’s X-Factor saga.
In the meantime, fans will be eagerly watching to see who might fill the gaps left by the duo in the competition. Stay tuned for more updates and behind-the-scenes gossip as the X-Factor unfolds with its remaining contestants striving to prove they have what it takes to succeed in the music industry!
