US Presidential Candidate Donald Trump is making a new breakthrough in his campaign. He claims to have received support from record-breaking Arab and Muslim voters in Michigan.
Trump said they were attracted by the peace promises he agreed to. “We are building the largest and broadest coalition in American political history. This includes a record-breaking number of Arab and Muslim voters in Michigan who want peace,” Trump told X, a day before the presidential election.
“They know Kamala and her cabinet of warmongers will invade the Middle East, kill millions of Muslims, and start World War III. Vote for Trump and restore peace!” he added.

Ahead of the election, the Trump and Harris campaigns have increased their outreach to Arab and Muslim Americans, especially in the battleground state of Michigan. Here the voice of the community can be decisive.
Trump on Friday visited a halal cafe in Dearborn, home to many Arab and Muslim Americans and known as the capital of Arab America. The visit comes after a group of Muslim leaders several weeks ago joined Trump on stage at a rally in Michigan to announce their support for the Republican candidate in the Nov. 5 presidential election.
The leaders cited his commitment to ending the war. Trump, in turn, stressed that Muslim and Arab voters in Michigan and across the country want an end to endless wars and a return to peace in the Middle East.
On Tuesday, Americans will also elect all 435 members of the House of Representatives, 34 Senate seats and 11 state governors. So far, more than 82 million people have voted in the early elections. (Anadolu/Z-2)

**Interview with Political Analyst Javier Martinez on the 2023 Spanish General Elections**
**Interviewer:** Thank you for joining us today, Javier. The results of the 2023 Spanish general elections have just come out. What are the key takeaways from the elections?
**Javier Martinez:** Thank you for having me. The 2023 elections were quite significant, with a notable shift in voter sentiment across the country. We saw a strong performance from the traditional parties, but also a resurgence of smaller parties, indicating a fragmented political landscape.
**Interviewer:** Did any particular region or demographic play a critical role in these results?
**Javier Martinez:** Absolutely. Certain regions like Catalonia and the Basque Country exhibited strong support for nationalist parties. Additionally, we observed a significant turnout among younger voters, which skewed the results in favor of progressive policies.
**Interviewer:** There has been some discussion about changes in voter sentiment and issues affecting the electorate. What do you think were the most pivotal issues?
**Javier Martinez:** Economic concerns, especially related to inflation and employment, were at the forefront of voters’ minds. Additionally, social issues such as immigration and climate change also played a crucial role. The parties that effectively addressed these topics tended to perform better.
**Interviewer:** How do you see the future of Spain’s political landscape evolving after these results?
**Javier Martinez:** It’s likely that we will see an increase in coalition governments, given the fragmentation. This could lead to more progressive policies if left-leaning parties collaborate effectively. However, it could also result in challenges if parties cannot find common ground.
**Interviewer:** Thank you, Javier. Your insights provide a valuable perspective on the current political climate in Spain.
**Javier Martinez:** My pleasure! I’m looking forward to seeing how these dynamics unfold in the coming months.
