The Ministry of National Education, Primary Education and Sports will organize, starting on December 2, 2024, at the Education Inspectors Training Center, the Educational Guidance and Planning Center, and the regional centers for education and training professions, a competition to employ assistant professors belonging to the body of research professors in education and training from among the candidates who meet the required conditions in accordance with the current legislative and regulatory texts. Work, within the limits of 600 positions, according to the specializations and institutions for training the above-mentioned senior executives.
The candidate must be a registered employee in the National and Primary Education sector, who has been practicing his duties in this sector for a period of no less than four (4) years at the date of the competition, and hold a doctorate or state doctorate or a certificate recognized as equivalent to it.
Regarding the nomination file, it consists of the following documents: A request addressed to the administration of the relevant higher-level training institution according to the form prepared for this presentation, which is withdrawn from the Ministry’s website www.men.gov.ma. A copy of the last certificate of the candidate’s administrative status, a copy of the certificates and qualifications as well as the doctoral or state doctoral thesis, a copy of the equivalence decision published in the Official Gazette for foreign certificates, a copy of the total research work carried out by the candidate personally, or in cooperation, including, in particular, Articles, writings or photographic studies, a copy of the candidate’s CV.
Regarding the deposit of the nomination files, the Ministry of National Education indicated that the nomination files will be deposited, in exchange for a receipt, directly with the relevant higher education institutions no later than November 22, 2024, at four-thirty after noon (1600), taking into account the following:
Each candidate may nominate for more than one specialization appropriate to the field of knowledge of his degree or to his educational or administrative tasks and experiences.
– Every candidate can run for a specialization in a maximum of three institutions for the training of senior professionals.
The candidate must arrange all the positions he desires according to his degree of preference
Regarding the competition tests, candidates who meet the above-mentioned conditions choose the following two tests: a test specific to the candidates’ certificates as well as their educational and scientific experiences, a test in the form of presentations and discussion between the candidates and the competition committee.
As for the announcement of the selection results, the Ministry of National Education stated that the lists of candidates accepted to pass the presentation and discussion test are published in the institutions of formation of higher frameworks in which the nomination files were deposited, as well as on the Ministry’s website. www.men.gov.maThese regulations include the timing and locations of conducting tests according to specializations, and this announcement is considered a summons to pass the presentation and discussion test for accepted candidates, according to the Ministry.
