But he added that Ukraine cannot attack without allies’ permission to use Western-made long-range weapons to strike targets deep inside Russia. “But instead America is watching, Britain is watching, Germany is watching. Everyone is waiting for the North Korean military to also start attacking the Ukrainians,” Zelensky wrote in a post published on Telegram.
