The trial before the Single-Member Court of Appeal was interrupted for the second time, as the main prosecution witness, president of the “Spartiates” party, Vassilis Stigas, was absent from today’s session.
The absence of Mr. Stiga, due to his presence in the Plenary Session of the Parliament, caused the strong reaction of the president, who at the beginning of the meeting said: “This trial will take place today! Did you get it? We will begin, swear in the witness, and either adjourn or continue. You will tell Mr. Stiga that this (absence) is considered a lack of respect by the court. The trial will take place today, there is no way. Tell Mr. Stiga to be here at 11 o’clock. The Parliament is next door. Tell him it’s contempt of court” and adjourned the proceedings for two hours.
However, Mr. Stigas did not appear when the court came to the bench again. Instead, an associate of Mr. Stiga appeared, who stated that the witness could not come because of the meeting of the plenary session of the Parliament to discuss a serious bill in which he will speak as the president of the party.
Mr. Stiga’s absence ignited the atmosphere, with the president calling for an investigation into whether the witness can appear in court within the day or the trial be adjourned.
Ilias Kasidiaris and his lawyer also intervened in the discussion, stating that they wish the process to be completed quickly as because of this case, as they claim, his detention in Domokos prisons for the Golden Dawn is being extended.
Their opposition to the new suspension of the trial was also expressed by the accused MPs who stated that they want the trial to be completed as quickly as possible and “to end this case”.

third-party scripts examples
It seems that you’ve shared a snippet of JavaScript code that is designed for loading various advertising and third-party scripts on a web page. Here’s a brief overview of the key parts of the code and their functionalities based on what you’ve provided:
1. **AdSense Handling**:
– The code dynamically manages Google AdSense slots. If mobile ads are being removed, it deletes the `.adsbygoogle` elements.
2. **Adman Integration**:
– A queue for Adman ads is created, and an ad unit is initialized based on certain settings.
3. **OneSignal Integration**:
– The OneSignal service is initialized, which is commonly used for push notifications.
4. **Disqus Comment System**:
– The Disqus configuration is set, where a specific page URL and identifier are defined. A script for Disqus is loaded after a delay of 3 seconds.
5. **Asynchronous Script Loading**:
– The `asyncLoadScript` function seems to be intended for loading various scripts asynchronously to improve page load performance. However, the actual script URLs are missing from the placeholders.
6. **CleverCore (Commented Out)**:
– There is commented-out code for loading a CleverCore script, which is also intended to be loaded asynchronously. This part is disabled in the current context.
7. **Other Advertising Integrations**:
– There are placeholders for loading scripts related to Taboola/Project Agora, Google AdSense, Glomex, and Dalecta, again indicating an intention for multi-ad network integration.
8. **Prominent Use of `setTimeout`**:
– The use of `setTimeout` for various script loads indicates an intention to prevent blocking of the main execution thread or possibly waiting for specific conditions to be right for loading these scripts.
### Recommendations:
– To make this code functional, you’d need to replace the placeholder strings (e.g., comments like `asyncLoadScript(‘`) with actual script URLs.
– Ensure error handling for the asynchronous script loading to avoid potential issues if any script fails to load.
– Check compatibility with all intended ad providers and confirm that they’ve been correctly set up for your site.
It’s important to maintain performance and comply with the policies set forth by advertising networks, particularly regarding user privacy and consent (such as GDPR). If you have specific questions regarding a portion of the code or its implementation, feel free to ask!
