The Irish showcased their prowess by achieving a commendable combined record of 11 wins and 5 losses in singles, notably with 9 of these matches progressing to tense third-set tiebreaks. Remarkably, of the split-set encounters, the host team emerged victorious in 7 out of 9 contests.

Jamie Corsillo has displayed an impressive form, not losing a single set in his singles competitions throughout the weekend. He achieved strong victories on Saturday, dominating opponents from Ohio State and Michigan in straight sets. Similarly, Brian Bilsey mirrored Corsillo’s success, winning both of his matches against Ohio State and Northwestern also without dropping a set. Chase Thompson also made an impact by completing an impressive 2-0 singles record on Saturday, building upon his previous success on Friday.
