Everything is ready for Halloween night. Tomorrow evening, among pumpkins and bats, many children will knock on Italians’ doors to pronounce the famous formula with which they try to grab as many sweets as possible. But will the weather be favorable? The latest weather forecast is released by Colonel Mario Giuliacci. The week “for the moment has been dominated by high pressure, which is bringing particularly stable conditions to Italy, with almost no rain at all, some fog and temperatures above the typical values of the period”.
This framework, according to what the expert wrote in the speech published on meteogiuliacci.itwill also remain stable in the next few days, “therefore also characterizing the time of Halloween night, which is destined to pass without the disturbance of organized disturbances”. In other words and based on the indications coming from the forecast models, the night between October 31st and November 1st “will be predominantly starry”. Some cloud cover is expected, but it will be “harmless”, the atmospheric physicist assured.
“Some nuisance, at most, could come from fog banks forming on the northern plains, along the coasts of the Upper Adriatic and in the central valleys, especially in Tuscany and Umbria”, explained the meteorologist. Pay attention to minimum temperatures, which “will cause values to be above the norm”. In which regions? “Minimum temperatures are expected around 10 degrees in Milan, 11 degrees in Rome, 12 degrees in Naples”, he concluded.

**Interviewer:** Good afternoon, Colonel Mario Giuliacci! Thank you for joining us today. With Halloween just around the corner, many families are preparing for a night of trick-or-treating. Can you share what we can expect from the weather in Italy this October?
**Colonel Giuliacci:** Good afternoon! Indeed, October weather in Italy can be quite varied, but this year, we’re seeing some particularly stable conditions. Over the past week, high pressure has dominated the region, leading to mostly dry weather with some fog in certain areas.
**Interviewer:** That sounds promising for Halloween night! Are we expecting any significant weather changes as we approach the end of the month?
**Colonel Giuliacci:** Fortunately, it looks like the stability will continue. The forecasts indicate that Halloween will likely be free from any major disturbances. So, children will be able to enjoy their festivities without worrying about rain or extreme cold.
**Interviewer:** A relief for parents planning their children’s costumes! With temperatures above the typical seasonal values, how do you recommend families prepare for the night?
**Colonel Giuliacci:** While it’s going to be milder, October evenings can still get chilly, especially with some areas experiencing fog. I suggest families wear layers—perhaps a light jacket—so that they can comfortably enjoy the night as they navigate from house to house.
**Interviewer:** Great advice! Is there anything else you think our viewers should keep in mind as they celebrate Halloween this year?
**Colonel Giuliacci:** Just to stay safe, especially while crossing streets and visiting homes. And, of course, to enjoy the evening—it’s a wonderful time to indulge in the festive spirit and community. Happy Halloween!
**Interviewer:** Thank you so much, Colonel Giuliacci! We appreciate your insights, and we wish everyone a spooky and enjoyable Halloween!
