The Ohio soccer team (10-4-4, 4-3-3 MAC) faced Miami on Thursday afternoon, October 31, concluding their regular season with a narrow defeat of 1-0 in Oxford, Ohio.

Overall, Miami outshot Ohio 12-9, showcasing their offensive prowess, with the RedHawks recording six shots on target, compared to only two for the Bobcats. Miami’s aggression also led them to earn nine corner kicks, while Ohio could manage only one.

Both teams continued to display determination in the second half, but in the 67th minute, Miami finally broke the deadlock, scoring the decisive goal and taking a 1-0 lead. The scoreboard remained unchanged for the remainder of the match, concluding with Miami’s hard-fought victory.
