Known in the music scene as Killabeatmaker, Hilderbrando Osorno has been exploring music for more than two decades with a bold mix of Afro-Colombian rhythms and electronic sounds. His career began with projects such as G98 and Radiocaliente, until evolving in 2018 with his current pseudonym, under which he has released more than a dozen singles, three EPs and an album, INGA, his most recent production. This album, which includes collaborations with artists such as Jaibanakus, Estefanía Álvarez and Toby Tobón, is a sound journey that evokes atmospheres of the jungle and the sea, with an approach that mixes the color of native voices with a modern and deep sound.

With influences ranging from bagpipes and joints to hip-hop, Killabeatmaker has worked alongside renowned artists such as ChocQuibTown, Mala Rodríguez and Bomba Estéreo.

Their music is a ritual where the ancestral and the urban converge, a live show that transforms any space into a ceremony of rhythm and connection. Furthermore, his work has taken him to international stages, performing at highly prestigious festivals in Europe and Latin America, from the Sziget Festival to Musicbox Lisboa.

With his musical approach, Killabeatmaker has managed to capture a commitment to Colombian cultural roots in an innovative electronic format that keeps his identity intact.

In their own words, each production is an opportunity to show the world the richness of these ancient sounds, bringing them to new stages and audiences around the world. His career continues to expand, proving that his unique proposition has the power to resonate and connect with global audiences.

This Friday, November 1, Killabeatmaker will perform live on the musical program “Viernes Otra Vez” starting at 9:00 pm on Teleantioquia screens and multiplatforms. If you want to attend in person, you can register here
