**Interview with Guoda Gurauskaitė, Director of the Sales Department of Turto Bankas**
**Interviewer:** Thank you for joining us today, Guoda. It’s great to have you here to discuss the recent auction results. Can you tell us why this particular property attracted so much interest from potential buyers?
**Guoda Gurauskaitė:** Thank you for having me. The property drew attention primarily due to its strategically convenient location, which is a huge asset for any potential buyer. Moreover, there’s a strong possibility for the consolidation of the complex in the long term, making it an attractive investment opportunity.
**Interviewer:** That sounds promising! You mentioned that the premises were auctioned in two separate auctions. How did the bidding unfold?
**Guoda Gurauskaitė:** Yes, the auction process was intriguing. From the very beginning, we observed significant interest. For the premises on the first floors, the final auction amount exceeded 60 thousand EUR, ultimately reaching about 1.5 million EUR. The upper floors saw even higher bids; the amount increased by more than 300 thousand EUR, culminating in just over 2.9 million EUR. Altogether, the total raised from both auctions was around 4.4 million EUR.
**Interviewer:** Those figures are impressive! What do you attribute this strong bidding behavior to?
**Guoda Gurauskaitė:** The market dynamics were certainly favorable, but I believe it also highlights investors’ confidence in the area and the potential for future development. Combined with the strong interest we saw during the auction announcements, it signals a robust demand for commercial real estate in strategically significant locations.
**Interviewer:** It’s clear that the market is active. What’s next for Turto Bankas regarding this property and similar assets?
**Guoda Gurauskaitė:** Moving forward, we’ll continue to assess our portfolio and seek opportunities for further auctions and sales. The objective is to not only maximize returns for our stakeholders but also ensure that we support urban development that benefits the community in the long term.
**Interviewer:** Thank you for your insights, Guoda. It seems like a very exciting time for Turto Bankas!
**Guoda Gurauskaitė:** Thank you! We’re indeed excited about the future and grateful for the interest we’ve seen.
