Job description:

With its 210,000 licensees spread across its 2,000 clubs, the French Badminton Federation (FFBaD), approved by the Ministry of Sports, has the mission of developing, controlling and organizing the practice of badminton on French territory.

Within the social performance sector, placed under the responsibility of the social performance manager, in liaison with the elected officials in charge of these files, the FFBaD is recruiting a para-badminton and eco-responsibility project manager. as part of a replacement.

MAIN MISSIONS
– Implementation of the FFBaD para-badminton project
– Support for clubs in setting up the stages of the parabad circuit
– Promotion of parabad to develop the number of clubs capable of welcoming PWD:
o Management of “Parabad Impulse” type events
o Deployment of promotional tools within clubs, in schools, during events, etc.
o Implementation of training for managers
– Participation in the work of the CPSF (French Paralympic and Sports Committee)
– Implementation of the FFBaD eco-responsibility project
– Monitoring of the existing ECOBaD label and work to develop the label
– Implementation of eco-responsibility training
– Promotion of eco-responsible practices
o As part of international and national events
o With all stakeholders in the federal world (practitioners, players, managers, technical officials, employees)
– Monitoring of eco-responsible projects: recycling of waste linked to the practice, carbon footprint platform dedicated to badminton, etc.
– Participation in the work of the CNOSF DD club

Qualification :

PROFILE WANTED
Coming from a higher education course (Master 2), preferably in STAPS, you have developed your project monitoring skills, ideally within the sports movement, for a minimum of 3 years.

You are recognized for your ability to work in a team, your ability to energize and support projects as well as your ability to report. You are proficient in world office tools, excel powerpoint, canva, etc.

You demonstrate rigor, organization, autonomy, interpersonal skills and responsiveness.

Status: non-executive
