Agr. Eng. Pastor Soria Melo, other Government authorities, as well as the Paraguayan producer and the Argentine importer.

The load consists of 1,600 bags of 18 kg each, and belongs to the producer Gian Hiebert, from the Picada 500 area, Mcal. Estigarribia, from the aforementioned department.
