In the over one thousand pages of the request for arrests, which brings together all the investigative material collected, the investigators define the conversation of 13 October 2022 between Carmine Gallo, the former Milanese policeman under house arrest, and Nunzio Samuele as “disturbing due to the possible scenarios it opens up”. Calamucci, one of the alleged leaders of the criminal association who allegedly created reports with secret data «during which they suggest that they had intercepted, through a group called ‘Campo Volo’, an e-mail address assigned to the highest office of the State , President Sergio Mattarella, or in any case that they managed, again through the same group, to misuse or clone the account”.
Calamucci says: «I heard…a friend from the ‘Campo Volo’…told me ‘Be careful how you print it…print it from a printer not attributable to you…I’ll do it, otherwise you can send it to me so …(incomprehensible)…I say to him ‘Yes, look, we sent it to twenty people, plus three emails, an email addressed to Mattarella, with name and surname’ which if they go to see the account it is registered to the President of the Republic and I wouldn’t want them to bust his ass because they see it’s different!
