How does the new tool work?

The VTPSI electronic tool allows you to record the start of construction by submitting photos with location data. Residents must enable location tracking on their mobile device and activate “location tags” in the camera settings.

It is important that not only the phone captures the location, but also the camera captures the coordinates of the photo, as this will allow an accurate representation of the construction site.

After submitting the requested information, you should receive a screen at the end of the form that the message has been submitted successfully.

The photos provided will only be used as additional evidence for the purposes of the Building Inspectorate, should questions arise in the future regarding the construction start date.
