“This song comes from my personal way of dealing with days that are not good enough, or even when dealing with anxiety,” said VIDI when explaining his creative process, Sunday (27/10).

This song was presented by VIDI after collaborating with a newcomer music group from Bandung, namely TADI. This music group, which consists of Fathan Garna and Adhi Handoyo, helped VIDI write and produce songs which was also assisted by Dony Manurung as producer.

“I want to make a song that is honest with the current situation, but still feels light and happyso that those who are bad day or anxious, you can feel uplifted with a smile,” he said.

This sweet collaboration would not have happened without the contribution of VIDI’s friend, namely Isyana Sarasvati. Isyana, as the owner of the record label that oversees TADI, introduced their works to VIDI. Through this introduction, VIDI felt interested in working with them.

“The similarity in frequency with TADI makes this creative process very smooth and enjoyable,” said VIDI.

However, the surprises presented by VIDI don’t just stop there. VIDI will also invite other friends to attend music video (MV) from the song “Just Smile First”. VIDI presents cameo from VIDI’s close friends who have provided support and smiles in his life.
